Once we finished eating we decided to head downstairs to play some games. Their lower level of KDB has a giant bar with tons of TVs and projection screens. This would be the perfect place to come on a day that Nate wants to watch sports because Holden is so entertained by all the exciting games. In the past it has been hard to find a place to watch sports with with a 2 year old and keep everyone happy.
The first game I decided to play I managed to hit the 500 ticket jackpot!
Holden appreciated this because it meant that he was able to get a pretty cool ball at the end of our trip. He was particularly fond of the basketball and football games, air hockey, and the Jurassic Park game. We couldn't believe how many games there were and were pleased that they had things for all ages. My dad is the self proclaimed king of claw machines so we had to try out all the claw machines to see what we could come away with. My dad won nothing, which is pretty rare. Holden (believe it or not) was able to win a ball and I managed to win a green monster hat on my first try. My dad was nice enough to model it but he was definitely jealous that he didn't win anything.
We really enjoyed having lunch and paying games at KDB. Nate made the comment that it was the most fun he has had at Easton. We'll can't wait to spend more time playing games and hopefully watching some sports in this awesome family friendly space in the near future.
